Great location - closed to Hagley Park and Westfield Shopping Mall (with a big supermarket). Many rooms and comfortable beds. A garage with internal access. However we have a few difficult moments with locking and unlocking the front door. All internal doors have its own key and one of the bedroom doors upstairs (opening to the balcony) didn't have one so we couldn't open it on a really warm night.

Perfect home base for big groups of visitors

This is more like a whole apartment / vacation home rental which was just what we needed for overseas family members to gather for a local wedding. When there were initial problems with the wifi signal, the owners promptly responded and fixed the problem within the same day! Check-in and out was a breeze. Vacation home had everything we needed - many bedrooms / bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and living space to relax and catch-up with relatives.
