Very large spacious room with full kitchenette. The room had a sliding glass door but only skylight windows. There was no air conditioning and no chance for cross ventilation.

The staff were lovely but the property needs an upgrade. The shower water floods out to the carpet. The upstairs water drains noisily outside the windows. condensation is a huge problem so windows had to be opened even when very cold.

I really chose this property because it was central for the time we were in Christchurch, airport / city / friends. The room was a great size, quiet even though close to a main road, fabulous bed & shower. The lady in Reception was lovely and very helpful. Very happy with our accommodation.

The property was fine, it had everything required. I loved the spa bath and the rooms are spacious and quiet. They could make it more appealing by putting a bedspread over the single bed in the lounge and a full length mirror in the bedroom, as well as more than 2 clothhangers in the wardrobe. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
