It was a great location however we were a bit disappointed with the room compared with the photos online. We appreciated the fridge being in a cupboard for noise reduction. But in the bathroom of Unit 20, there was some mold on the ceiling and peeling paint. I know it's a budget motel but I don't expect to see mold in a room we have paid for.

I picked this property for the price and got what I paid for. It was clean and had all the facilities you need but would definitely be considered a budget property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking is available right outside your door for ground-level rooms. Great location in walking distance to the city and right across the road from the new stadium (when it is completed).

Easy check in, great location close to areas of Christchurch. Room was clean, maybe a touch dated but for the price I thought it was great. Sliding door being the main entrance was a bit unique, but the curtains effectively blocked light and sound (for as much as you can in a city).

Top stay

We booked a family room and had two rooms joined together. Was fantastic as kids in one side adults in another . Great location next to new stadium . They do work through the night just need to close windows. Would recommend and stay again

Great location and the property is pretty decent. You get parking which in central city is a rarity. One thing that was lacking is an extra rubbish bin in the bathroom. There was only one small one in the kitchen. The overall stay was great. Warm and cosy and big enough for family of 3. Would definitely stay there again.
