This place was clean, quiet and comfy. We didn't like the step, narrow stairwell to drag our suitcases. Once in the 2nd floor living, kitchen and dining rooms, you have to climb another set of stairs to the bedrooms & bathroom.

Dated, but comfortable and good service

I appreciated the friendly welcome at reception very much - and was also delighted that I got upgraded from a studio to a 1 bed unit. The units are showing their age, but everything was clean and tidy - plus the bed was very comfortable.

I like Bella Visa hotels

Last night in New Zealand 5th Bella Visa hotels, this one was a lot smaller than the other hotels, but it was clean & tidy and the Lady on Reception was very helpful and booked us a taxi, which we thought was very kind
