not sme room as photos. no robes, no room service. broken elevators, no hot water heaters. poor fridge. bathroom shower not as intended, the top nozzle wasnt even connected, just for show. food lacking. just generally not impressed by the rio at all

Went here last week for a birthday trip this was my second time at this hotel my experience was not so well the staff isn’t to helpful or friendly! It was not welcoming at all the charges are also high! Not recommended

I loved this property because it was more on the quieter and upscale side. However, I didn’t like how its stated that if anything on the fridge or in the fridge even appeared to be touched you’d be charged. It made me very reluctant to use certain things for this reason
