Excellent quality and luxury hotel, most guests appear to be chinese nationals, which is no surprise where its advised to have a translation app ready to go where needed. Regardlss staff were great help always and friendly. Interesting to have your primary desk reservation on level 51. I'd highly recommend this hotel also for its prine location and nearby monuments and shopping and food.

Location was good and relatively quiet - 3 to 5 mins walking proximity to JieFangBei shopping district. Hotel staff and service were mostly good. However there were 1 or 2 personnel stationed at the hotel lobby who were not so cordial. Room was rather warm - aircon temperature was not adjustable. Bathroom and vanity cabinet layout were rather weird - lack of privacy and towel/ clothing hooks. Breakfast buffet menu was generally identical throughout the 7 days of stay. Hotel lobby driveway was narrow and congested.
