Staff was friendly, location was great with amazing views. Reception is on the 44th floor in a building with many hotels. Room while it had modern decor, it felt a bit old or not well constructed. Functionality of the room wasn’t great - no hooks for bath or hand towel, the sink is small. We had to have our room changed first night as one light malfunctioned and wouldn’t turn off when we tried to go to bed. Staff was accommodating and immediately gave us a different room.
