I arrived at 1:30 a.m. and was welcomed warmly. The room, with a couch and chairs plus balcony was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Free breakfast, shampoo and conditioner, comfy bed, 4 pillows. My stay inspires me to use Holiday Inn Express again. Definitely recommend.

My 1-night stay is overall good. The dinning services are limited. There are restaurants nearby but they are all very dirty. The highlight of my experience is the hotel's shuttle services. I got two big luggage and was very thankful for the two drivers (Zhou and Yang). They were friendly and help me load and unload. Thank you!

Overall, my stay here was great! The front desk staffs were super kind. I booked for a king bed room and it was clean and big! The hotel offers free, private pickup and drop off to airport, you just need to let the front desk know and book an appointment before or on the day. Breakfast is also included, thereโ€™s a variety of Chinese and western food options! This hotel is 2-3 min away from the nearest subway station. Besides this, the location is pretty awkward, thereโ€™s not much going on and takes long to get a cab via Chinese app. Itโ€™s also quite noisy as you can clearly hear the planes.

Air conditioning either didnโ€™t work or had complex instructions which were not supplied. 2 elevators for a 13 floor building is totally inadequate. Transportation to/from airport is poor. The service to airport stops at 10AM. Overall would have to consider somewhere else.

Terrible experience!!!

I did not enjoy staying at that hotel because the air conditioning was not working and they couldnโ€™t fix it for the duration while I stayed there(4 nights) and the room has no fridge which I find it very strange!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the whole place felt clean and comfortable.
