Best location with good price. Staff service is excellent. Front office staff Miki is very kind, helpful and nice. My room was upgraded to a suite. Housekeeping staff is also very polite and passionate. Having noticed our need, she took initiative to put more bottles of water daily for consumption. I will definitely book this hotel again for next visit to Chongqing.

Had a fantastic 3 nights stay at Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing. The room was clean and well stocked with basic amenities to make my stay very comfortable. The staff are also very attentive and were able to assist with resolving any queries I had. This hotel is also exceptionally well located within walking distance of hot shopping, dining and sightseeing spots.
