“Good Location, spacious location. But, staff not stay at hotel all the time, some customers had problems when they check-in. staff cannot be reachable although making calls. Room must be cleaned everyday, but had only 2 times cleaning while i stay there for 6 nights. ”

“We changed room twice because air-conditioning unit was bad in 1 room smelt like damp clothes, the other room also had issues with air-conditioning unit and the extractor fan in bathroom did not work so room smelt of pee, the towel rack was hanging off wall, we was on 5th floor and no lift which was annoying ”

“Clean and spacious apartment. Perfect location, walking distance to shops. The only downside was the pool was closed due to renovation and some noise to room renovation.”
