Clean room, pool view from the balcony. Pretty close to the beach but the area is under development so we walked to the 7/11 nearby and took a taxi from there.

Most disgusting bedding I've ever been provided. Had what was either coffee stains or old blood stains all over the comforters. All 3 of the comforters were soiled in something nasty, and the pictures don't show it well. I requested clean ones and they were never provided. We all slept on a sheet only. Horrible communication. Nobody was there to let us into the unit Over an hour waiting and no responses. Then we get in to find beds weren't even made and no towels. Bedding was there. Took 2 hours to get towels to shower and when we went to make our own beds at 11pm we found the nasty bedding. Even pillows were stained gross. I immediately reached out and didn't get a response until 3pm the next day I showed them pictures. They said they would bring Clean ones. We arrive at 11pm that night and nobody brought anything. So both nights my whole family slept just on a sheet. We couldn't leave as we didn't have time to check into a new hotel that night and we're only there 2 nights. As I was leaving the person finally started communicating and arguing that I could have left if I didn't like the unit. Denies responsibility didnt want to offer any refund. The location is a 15 min walk to anything. The grounds are nice but don't book with this place. Its gross, and they have no communication. I will be filing complaints everywhere and with credit card company. It's disgusting that this is the service they provide.
