We have been to the Surin several times and it won‘t be our last 😃 The resort is perfectly managed. Been there before, we noticed the effort to perfect even the smallest details. The whole staff is very attentive, is making you feel at home and is giving their best to ensure you a relaxing stay. For example we requested specific beach beds with the most shade possible due to medical reasons. First thing when we arrived a manager checked on us if the beds are suitable. Another thing I would like to mention is that a staff member correctly handled the situation of two unattended young children playing at the gym, by showing them out. I have seen in the past that the very nice Thai people don‘t always enforce the rules with their guests.

Spectacular hotel. Set on the best beach in Phuket - essentially a private beach with only one other luxury hotel having access. The service was impeccable and incredibly friendly. An outstanding resort with excellent service, beautiful beach, and exceptional villa. We had a villa with a private pool and could not have asked for more for our 25th wedding anniversary. There is quite a bit of walking as the villas are on a hill but it didn’t bother us.

What an amazing place. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities all look very new. The location on a beautiful beach was spectacular (especially sunsets). The breakfast included traditional English, French, American and Thai options. We never ate lunch! Staff helped us make reservations at a local steak house and recommended a tailor who did excellent work. Hope to stay again some day.

Great getaway hotel for couples although there were some rugrats about. Very friendly smiley staff. Always helpful. Good range of water sports facilities (non motorized). Only downside was noise from jet skis adjacent to hotel beach and especially the morons who insist on driving up and down along the edge of the swimming area. Spa also great and very good massages. Food great although the price of all-in barbecue and cocktail evening a bit steep. That said, the degustastion menu in the Thai was great vale and has to be tried.

The staff were very attentive and showed excellent care. Where possible, they will try to help anyone. The F&B manager went around tables to check if everyone was okay at breakfast. The staff manning the beach and sports area gave special attention to those who crossed the line and went beyond the high waves when the red flag was up! Loved the turndown service in the evening, with cookies and tealight.

EXCELLENT! The Surin does not miss a thing. Every little detail from the beach bags, hats. The pillow menu. It was all just divine. Each and every staff member who served us was so kind. The pool is just gorgeous and the right depth. The sun beds were so comfortable, the beach- the cleanest you’ll find in Phuket. My partner and I dined at the beach restaurant and tried the degustation and every dish was delicious and balanced. The place does have stairs so guessing if you were needing wheelchair access it would not suit you. But we did travel with our one year old and had no issues around the property as the carts are always available to transport you where you need to go. We would come back in a heart beat and am already dreaming of it. Thankyou Surin for an unforgettable experience.

We reserved a beach suite. Firstly, I disagree that the room is a suite, it is a room with separate dressing area only. Secondly, the quality of the room is absolutely nowhere close to being appropriate to the cost. We paid in excess of GBP1,100 per night and the overall quality of the room is way, way below that level.
