“This is an historic sprawling building situated on the river front. The front desk reception was very friendly and enthusiastic. She gave us a room on the second floor with balcony overlooking the river. Room was basic but comfortable. Internet was fine. Shower was good. We stayed in the deluxe balcony room, with was super big. Lots of room. Bathroom had a proper shower enclosure, not like your typical asian hotel where the shower is a hand faucet next to the toilet.”
