This quaint property was very comfortable once the rooms were heated. We enjoyed the restaurant and kindness to upgrade at no cost when our reserved room was not to our liking.

Terrific people at check in, all food options in town were closed by the time we checked in, but they had meals ready to be heated in our room. Great service!

Cool historic hotel.
Posted Jan 4, 2024 on HotelsIt was very cool staying in a historic location. The room was nice and the people were very friendly. The restaurant is nice also and has good food.
Only downside was the wifi wouldn't connect on the 2nd day even though it showed a strong signal. We would definitely stay there again.

No hair dryer. Smelled like smoke and other things. Shag Carpet looked bad. Too rustic for me.

Sorry, to see this review. All of our rooms are non smoking??? Carpets are not shag carpets??? We have them professionally cleaned on a regular basis. We're used to getting great reviews. Correct we don't supply hair dryers. Our sincere apologies for anything that wasn't up to your standards.

Funky place
Posted Nov 3, 2023 on HotelsIt’s a funky Motel and very old. It was clean which is the most important thing for us. The office was closed when we got there around 6:15 and said go to restaurant door. That was closed and lights turned off. Luckily and employee came from out back and let us in. It went smoothly from there. But we had our doubts about it for a few minutes.
Don’t expect a 3 star place but as I said it was very clean.
