So. If you’re a western traveller heading to Chittagong you’re probably trying for work out to stay at the peninsula or the Radisson. The peninsula is like an older ritz-Carlton property, (yes the mattresses could do with an update, but a firm and okay). The rooms on the smaller side are on par with a New York or London hotel, but perfectly functional. The service and food are exceptional. It’s a nice 3* room with 5* service. (The Radisson is a 4* room with 3* service - I’ve stayed at both.) I’ll pick the peninsula every day.

I had the best hotel experience in my life. I have been in many top hotels in the world but this is the most unique and extraordinary. They greet you like a family member and make you feel comfortable and important. The room is clean, food is excellent. Overall it gives you a human touch that you do not see in many places. Located in heart of the city. They are helpful in every possible ways. I will go back there in a heartbeat.

Worst experience ever … they disabled the key & power supply at 10:30 am … I had difficulty getting in my room after breakfast ( check out is at 12:00 pm) … I never heard the rule u can’t have food from outside in your hotel room… bought some dessert couldn’t take them to my room

Awesome stay!

The assistant lobby manager and entire staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and water pressure at the bathroom was great. Enjoyed my stay. (Complimentary) Breakfast was not as good and needs improvement. Overall very pleased.

A very nice hotel in Chittagong

The hotel is situated in a practical area of Chittagong and offers extremely good services, great breakfast and good food in the restaurant on the top floor, where there is a very useful swimming pool. . Airport pick up service is remarkable as well, as the courtesy of all the staff. The only complaint could be related to the high cost of alcohol ( 15 euro for a glass of wine is really too much also in Bangladesh)
