Cheap with a lot of upside

It was totally nice to stay in Guest House Shikotsu Kamui. 1 minute walk to the lake, very friendly staff, cozy living room, etc. Though the room is not toward the lake, I can see the mountain instead. As there is an open kitchen in the 1st floor, anyone can use it freely. In addition, a bath tub is available. Good choice for those who want to take rest alone or with family.

Very good memories and nice staffs

Its a wonderful experience, nice and helpful Staffs, and traditional Japanese House, an unforgettable memories~ happy to try the firewood burning for heater

因為經費有限，而訂了這間青年旅館，來住房的人不多，算是蠻乾淨的。 晚上非常涼快，沒有冷氣也不需要冷氣。 唯一的缺點就是，附近完全沒有可以吃東西的地方，來住這裡的人請自備晚餐早餐。 但有賣泡麵跟微波咖哩飯，餓的時候還是可以吃的！尤其微波的白飯很好吃耶>"<。 早上起床，窗邊的景色很美~~支芴湖真的一定要來！

Communal toilets, sinks and showers, 4 persons in the floor in a cramped room. Not the sort of facilities one would expect for a USD140 room.

Haven for naturelovers!

Staff so friendly and helpful! Room nice and Clean. This was a perfect stay for us who enjoy the outdoors and the scenery around lake Shikotsu is absolutely wonderful! Hotel lobby is a nice Place to meet other hotelguests.

外人の多いゲストハウス

1番お安いタイプの部屋にしました。朝食付きとなっていました。チェックイン時に、ゲスト用の冷蔵庫に入っているものを、ご自由にどうぞと言われましたが、いざ冷蔵庫を開けてみると、スーパーの袋に入ったカット野菜とかが入ってるだけなので、どなたかが自分用のを入れてるのだと思い、手をつけずに、持って行ったお菓子を食べて朝食の代わりにしました。もう少し、ちゃんと説明をしてくれたらいいのにと思いました。
