“We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...

“Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure.”

“Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam.
