Much much better than I expected. Staff went above and beyond to help me. When going to Chisinau THERE IS A LOT TO SEE.. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND EXPLORE THE CITY! EVERYWHERE IS SAFER THAN WESTERN EUROPE! Local buses are regular and it is easy to understand where you are going.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Chişinău. Polite staff. Very convenient location, a few steps to parks, restaurants, shops. Have stayed many nights at another hotel in Chisinau but Richmond was much better - many thanks to the staff who were friendly. (It is not very common others in Chisinau). Large rooms, large clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, generous with extras in the bathroom, good breakfast. Recommended!
