Very central position, near Cathedral and lots of eateries and mall nearby. Quiet and nice room and facilities, good breakfast. Allowed late checkout on request and also we benefitted from luggage storage till late evening before leaving for airport.

This hotel has been my preferred place to stay for several years. In addition to its convenient location in the quiet back street, the hotel features a full bar, a cozy outside smoking area, and a lot of other amenities making it a first-class boutique hotel. We arrived.after a long trip and the staff was so wonderful doing everything to accommodate us. The room was clean. They put all the stuff in the room , just in case, travelers need that in an emergency ( so kind). The breakfast buffet was very good . The localization near main park and activities.

The rooms were spacious and had A/C which is less common in Moldova. The rooms and decor were a beautiful, calming blue. The staff were attentive and spoke some English. They helped us arrange taxis to/from the airport. The location was next to a large park and restaurants and we walked everywhere. The breakfast/ bar room was comfortable and the buffet was delicious. Many pastries, fruit, salad, meats, cheeses and also hot dishes that rotated every day. Would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent hotel in the centre of Chişinău. Polite staff. Very convenient location, a few steps to parks, restaurants, shops. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped (kettle, fridge etc.). Very quiet when windows are closed. Delicious food in the restaurant. Breakfast could be better though.

Much much better than I expected. Staff went above and beyond to help me. When going to Chisinau THERE IS A LOT TO SEE.. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND EXPLORE THE CITY! EVERYWHERE IS SAFER THAN WESTERN EUROPE! Local buses are regular and it is easy to understand where you are going.

Have stayed many nights at another hotel in Chisinau but Richmond was much better - many thanks to the staff who were friendly. (It is not very common others in Chisinau). Large rooms, large clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, generous with extras in the bathroom, good breakfast. Recommended!
