“Room was not as clean as I expected . Lots of hair laying around under quilt cover. I had to ask housekeeper to change bedsheets and quilt cover. There was this horrible smell in the bathroom. Food quality needs to be improved. Staff were helpful but communication problems due to language ”

“The hotel manager, Naveen, was absolutely excellent! When we needed transportation from our hotel in Shimla, he arranged a cab for us (Innova) with a very good driver at an very reasonable price. He was also very helpful when it came to organizing transportation in and around Narkanda.”
