“We arrived and there is no reception There seemed to be some sort of event on so we walked around for five minutes until we were told you sit in a sofa and wait for the manager to check you in. Check in took approx 10 mins due to the manager dealing with some unhappy guests. “John and Luke were excellent hosts, friendly helpful informative and fun. Our downstairs front Room 102 Amelia had a king-size bed very comfy, also good quality furniture with all needs catered for. Tastefully decoated and thought out. Bathroom was small but beautifully designed and the shower was really good. Plenty of tea and coffee, room service is your option as they prefer not to disturb. So thete is a place to leave notes of what you need. The front door was banged by guests late at night...
