MISLEADING: Omitting Essential Information
When booking through Expedia, there was no indication that the rooms lacked air conditioning. This is a critical omission, especially considering the high temperatures during our stay in June.
Upon arrival, we found the rooms unbearably hot, particularly on the second floor, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We resorted to using wet, cold washcloths on our foreheads in an attempt to cope with the heat.
Due to these uninhabitable conditions, we had no choice but to check out after the first night, forfeiting the second night of our stay. This was not a matter of preference but of necessity, as the room conditions were not as advertised and did not meet basic comfort standards.
The lack of air conditioning should have been clearly disclosed prior to booking as it is a misrepresentation and intentionally omitting essential information.
