Friendly staff the room is easy to access with few steps and it is clean and also have A/C but i hardly use it as the weather wasn't that hot for me. The room have a balcony with view of the port, all the cafes and stores are walking distance and the castle as well making the hotel ideal location for your holidays. Keep in mind the reception is on the side of the entrance if you ask they locals they will guide you.

Bathroom is a letdown for this property. There was no mat to dry your feet after showers. It was smelly from the toilets. Apart from the bathroom issues, the location is good. It literally is infront of the port. But it sometimes was noisy due to traffic from the port.

Location is great. Son of the property owner was very helpful and friendly. The units are all outdated. Bathroom fixtures needs update specifically the faucet and shower doors are loose and detached. Limited towels. You can smell cigarette smoke outside the rooms.

Personne n’était présent à l’arrivée, la réception était vide. Nous avions réservé pour une nuit, via Hôtels.com, toutes les coordonnées étaient inscrites dans la réservation. Toute fois ils disent qu’un contact avait était écrit. La chambre était déplorable, le lit n’est pas confortable, la salle de bain est en mauvais état, il y a une mauvaise odeur, les portes ne se ferment pas. Nous devions avoir une chambre vue sur mer mais rien aucune vue. La chambre sur le site est différente de celle que nous avons eu (voir photos) en plus de cela nous entendons TOUT à travers les murs. Supplément le propriétaire nous appelle pour demander quel est notre problème au vu d’un mauvais avis, au lieu de s’excuser ou autre il nous dit clairement que si on est pas contente nous avons qu’à partir alors que la chambre a été payée. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, c’est le pire hôtel.

Oda genel olarak temizdi ama eskiydi.WC kokuyordu ve koku çok ağırdı. Wc de klozet oturulan yer plastik muşamba ile kplı (çok kötü bir deneyimdi) Duş alanı iyiydi sadece.Lavabo küçüktü. Oda parkelerin süpürgeliklerinden kanatlı böcekler girip çıkıyordu . Yatak çok ses çıkarıyordu. İlgi alaka iyiydi , konum olarak çok iyiydi. Gümrük yanı olduğu için gece tırların yükleme sesi vardı.

Yeri feribota yakın olduğu için çok memnun kaldım fakat odanın durumu pek iyi değil, çok eski, temizlikte hiç sorun yok ama duvarda az da olsa küf vardı, sabah çok erken feribota bineceğim için en yakınında da başka müsaitlik olmadığı için bir gece kaldım ama adanın en bakımsız odası olabilir

Biz rezervasyon yaparken limana bakan odayı seçmiştik ancak gelmeden önce mesaj atmadığımız için ellerinde limana bakan oda olmadığını söylediler yine de sonradan değiştirmek sorun olmayacaksa son gecemize kadar kalabileceğimizi söylediler ve son günümüze kadar orada kalabildik. Biz bu süre boyunca çok rahat ettik. Yine de oda seçtikten sonra otele mesaj atıp hangi odayı istediğinizi söylemekte fayda var. Onun dışında otel temiz ve çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Bize her konuda yardımcı olmak istediler. Yorumlarda resepsiyonda sürekli insan olmamasının sorun olduğu yazılmış ama biz bir şeye ihtiyacımız olduğunda whatsapptan yazıp çok kolay ulaşabildik ve hemen geldiler. Otel küçük ve merkeze çok yakın hemen altında birçok araç kiralama yeri var. Vapurdan indikten sonra çok kolay ulaştık sonrasında araba kiraladığımız yerin yanında olması sebebiyle oranın otoparkını kullanabildik. Tekrar gelirsek kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir otel.
