The front desk staff were kind and sincere, but unfortunately, they couldn't resolve the issue of noise from the room above us, which persisted throughout our entire stay, depriving us of any rest. Although they offered me points, I believe we should have been given a discount, particularly considering they claimed there were no other rooms available for us to move to. I have decided not to return to this hotel and will share my experience with others. Hotels should be more accommodating than simply expressing regret without taking further actio

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was fairly new, the best kitchen I’ve ever had in a hotel with working ice maker in a large refrigerator. Room was kind of small but ok for 1 night. More TV channels available would have been better. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is awesome with the exception of the free breakfast, which isn’t good. I’d stay here all the time if not for the poor quality of the free breakfast. A hotel nearby has an excellent free breakfast and I usually stay there when I’m in town. This hotel is my 2nd choice…all just bc of the morning grub’s quality.

The check in process was easy and quick. The rooms were as described, nice and clean for a quick stay. The hotel is near manny restaurants so it is very convenient for lunch/dinner. The only negative I have to mention is I called prior to our stay to ask about a heated pool which I was told it is heated during this time of year but unfortunately it is NOT! Very disappointed about that as my kids love swimming and playing in the pool. I would have stayed at another hotel if I knew it was not heated.
