Vacations Close To Chinese American Museum of Chicago

They tried to be nice and give us a room with a view but it was just to the roof tops. We were right by the elevator and laundry drop which made a lot of noise. They had two elevators but one broke and we had to go down the stairs because every time the elevator got to the 6th floor it was full. The room was really small with no dresser to put anything away. We only had one suitcase stand. The bathroom had a sink out of the wall with little places to put your things. I would not pick this hotel again.

Wonderful staff! Can not say enough good things about the people working. The place is nice for the most part - rooms have great showers and was pretty clean. Our sink did have a leak but it didn’t ruin our experience. The upstairs amenities (bar) definitely need some freshening, but it’s my understanding they are in the process of revamping. One thing that did put a damper on things was the bars closing at 7pm. We wanted to have night caps at the hotel before bed, but we had to go elsewhere because they closed so early. We would stay again!

We had a great stay at the Kinzie. Front desk staff was very helpful & the room was very clean.
