The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is great. Our room looked onto the water and the balcony view was stunning and calming. It was lovely to be able to sit on their pier and watch the sun go down. We would stay again.

What a beautiful hotel. It's older but has charm. Best part was the view from the room. Probably one of the best views in the area. Room was clean and pool and hot tub were a bonus! Enjoy the included breakfast as well. Freshly made waffles, omelets, and sausage. All the staff were amazing! Will be back!

It’s a nice motel, but a little dated. The staff is great. The breakfast was just OK. It’s about 2 miles from the spot tours leave from and about 3 miles from things like miniature golf. The nearest bar and restaurant are about 1/2 mile away. I would definitely stay there again.

2nd time staying, and very much enjoyed it. Biggest complaint was the humidity in the room. Made things slippery and damp. Water pressure was great, pool was wonderful, hot tub was nice, roses beautiful, lots of parking, great sound proofing, plenty of pillows. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location!

This was our third stay at the Waterside Inn, because we love the clean, homey feel of it. The staff are friendly and helpful and the free breakfast is a plus. Cara, the breakfast server is so friendly, welcoming, and doesn’t let you go away hungry!

Loved the balcony scenery. There is no smoking on the property. I wish they would make an area designated for smokers or allow them to smoke on the balconies designated area would be phenomenal. Other than that stay was wonderful

Right on the water with views . Long pier to watch sunsets. Pool clean and right on water and open till 1 am. Older room but clean. Only disappointment was breakfast. Yogurt , coffee, apples. Mini waffles , hard boiled eggs. Tiny sealed OJ cups. Should have muffins and danish at least for choices.

Close enough to the action, but far enough away. Convenient location that allows you multiple choices for driving to Assateague in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and warm. Classic late 80s/90s beach vibe to the place which was exactly what I needed. The best sunsets, clean pool, and super cool hot tub room. I'll be back.

Great location, restaurants are walkable. Small breakfasts in morning was just enough to get you going. Heated pool, hot tub in private setting and fishing pier made for relaxing days! Looking forward to staying again later this year. Great stay!
