This property is centrally located along Maddox Blvd in beautiful Chincoteague. Easily in walking distance are shops and a tremendous ice cream and coffee shop, Mister Whippy. The rooms are clean, just a little outdated, but the staff informed us a refresh is coming. Definitely a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Was close to the stores in walking distances! However property had stained bedding, spider webs in multiple corners, and mold on the ceiling above bed! Thee walls had some sort of dirt and splash on it so needed a desperate cleaning! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Overall a good place to stay at even to rest our heads. But will not be using this inn again:(

We stayed over the 4th of July and neighboring guests were very noisy. Our toilet was SLOW to refill, we had to wait 5 minutes between flushes to flush again and it was noisy. We needed office help to get the cable box working and several times during our two night stay it would shut off and we had to reset it. We could live with these things, but it was inconvenient. The location was nice and the pool was refreshing. Shower had lots of HOT water! The included breakfast was the BEST PART!

Room was fairly clean and beds were comfortable. No evidence of bedbugs. Location is good for food and activities. Generally old and rundown. Needs restoration. Not handicapped friendly. No grab bars, no rails up step to room. Says pet friendly but charges even for service dog. Staff not friendly. No marijuana allowed on premises even if you have medical card.
