It's a cheap motel that was not fancy, but just fine. Proximity to the Trans-Canada exists, but traffic noise didn't bother me. And there's a pool and hot tub for those of you who enjoy that.

A good place to stay at a good price. The pool and hot tub and continental breakfast were nice touches. Overall the property was decent, clean and safe. Very in need of updates and cosmetic repairs but this didn't interfere with our stay.

A wondertul 2 night stay. A frying pan that is not worn out would be great. Staff smokimg in or around a nonsmoking hotes stunk the place up. Especially in the reception area. Otherwise it was clran, well appointed, spacious with comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool!

The front desk smelled like an ashtray and the property seemed a little run down from the outside. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a small kitchenette which was convenient. The shower-head was a little low for anyone over 5’7” but the water was nice and hot. I believe it’s soft water and it makes you feel super clean and dries fast. (As opposed to the hard water I have at home). I didn’t get a chance to try the pool

The room was good, A king bed and was very comfortable. The main Restaurants were downtown, a bit of a walk away. The AC in the room was noisy so as the weather was O, we didn't need it.

We came to Hope for a weekend get-a-way from Vancouver and came back with memories for a life time. The hotel has been around for a long time, like many fixtures in this town. That is part of the appeal for us,we want to meet the real people-no influencers necessary. The hotel was clean and well kept for it's age and had everything we could have needed-laundry facility, pool/hot tub, one of the cutest kitchenettes ever, wifi, breaky, a tucked away seating area for a moring tea watching the sun rise...and Nancy🥰. My only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel or staff at all. It had to do with the water buffualo clan that was staying above us. They were incredibly loud, argued loudly, clomped around loudly, constantly dropped heavy things on the floor-then argued about it, loudly, and all before 7am both mornings. They made the most noise out of the entire hotel and there were even kids there, who were well behaved, honestly. I can't imagine being that ignorant or inconsiderate of others in the same space or below me. Checkin was a breeze and the desk clerk was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We also met Nancy and she was the most accommodating and really good to us, we will come back and visit her and Princess Chloe, any time we come to Hope. Yes, we will Be Back!! Thank you Travel Lodge for helping us make beautiful memories ❤️.

We were very pleased with the rooms cleanliness! Wish the pool hours were longer, at least til 10 as I am sure most weary travelers like us don’t get checked in until after supper, but the pool area was excellent for the 30 min we got in. The outside of the building and the grounds at the back could use a bit of rock as the messy vine residue on the building and the debris on the parking lot give it an uncared for vibe until you get in the building. Mailing sure air conditioners and plug ins work would also be a suggestion. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

We really liked the room and the bathroom fixtures in particular. A second basin wi5th soap and towels was next to the bathroom, so two people could wash at the same time.. Unforunately we had very noisy upstairs occupants, who seemed to spend their time unpacking and repacking!

King size bed was super comfy! Got a pretty good sleep with ear plugs blocking out the highway noise. Stayed there for the pool but it was very warm with a lot of chemicals in it with a creepy/dark atmosphere. Hot tub was hot but could use a good scrub. My husband sat on a step and ruined his swim trunks by getting some knid of sticky caulking on them. Place needs updating and TLC.

Great location.. Carpets need to be changed!!! Halls smelled like cigarettes and a pub yuck!!! Artificial plastic plant decor full of dirt and dust !! Better off to throw them out …. The inside of rooms are kept clean and the beds we’re comfortable… Just need to update the halls, carpets .
