We had a nice little balcony room so we could see the lake. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Several small restaurants and shops in the area that you can walk to. The hot spring pools were amazing as always!

The pools are very nice and the whole area fantastic for kids for sure. The room was clean and comfortable but we did find the hallways throughout the heritage side very dirty which was unfortunate as the history of the building is very interesting.
