The room was clean and recently appeared to be renovated but the bathroom door didn't fit the frame and the toilet paper holder was loose. One of the better breakfasts with pecan and walnuts for the oatmeal, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy... Lots of choices.

Room was clean. There kids running the halls but mine were being kinda loud too. This hotel allows dogs for a (low) fee which was really helpful since I have not wiener dogs with me. Walls are kinda thin. Someone was knocking on our neighbors door at like 1:00 am. Breakfast was good. Would stay again if we were passing through.

The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but had a slight musty smell. The hallway outside the room smelled like your grandparents living room after they’d been smoking in it for 30 years. I recommend they replace the carpet. The bathroom was remodeled but the hot water supply was sketchy and kept running cold. The bed felt like a slab of cement and I needed a magnifying glass to see the tv, but luckily I wasn’t there to be entertained and with some effort I was able to get some rest. Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but far from the best. If clean is what matters to you, then this hotel is it. If new and shiny is a concern, you should probably skip this one.

Arrived and waited 20 minutes standing in the lobby. No one around and the phone was ringing the whole 20 minutes. I then go in the bar that was on site and asked the guy if he knew what was up. No one's over there and he told another bar tender who went to the hotel side. She looked around and still no one by now it's been over 30 minutes and the checker inner person just now shows up and acted like they didn't want to be there helping people. The room wasn't that bad . The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled. And the beds where good

This was an overnight stay to break up travel. The location was as expected, although the noise from the highway and surrounding roads was more than we thought it would be and kept us up at night. The conditions were clean and staff is great but it is on the older side. Breakfast was delicious!

Newly remodeled bathrooms. Nice quality of towels. Everything clean. Excellent staff. They only clean your room on stays of 3 days or longer. That suited us, but I think you should know. But they will clean more often and/or replace towels upon request. They have a beautiful heated outdoor pool that has a privacy fence around it. I had my heart set on visiting it, but I didn’t have time. Our room had 2 comfortable queen-sized beds. It was a rather small room and felt a bit cramped. No problem for only 2 people. It’s located in a convenient area, for exploring Chillicothe. I hope I get back there again!

The carpet was dark and filthy. My socks were nasty when I took them off at night. I put down a white washcloth and just rubbed it on the carpet and it came up filthy. In addition, there was bad smells and I believe that was from the carpet also. There was a chair in the room that was filthy, I would not put anything on it or sit on it. However, the staff was very nice.

The check-in went smoothly, but we found out the following day that we had not been informed about the policy regarding maid service, and even when we followed the protocol our room remained intended and our towels unreplaced. The new shower leaked and ran across the bathroom floor nearly to the carpet and we had to use our towels to soak up the water to prevent a fall. The room was either frigid or damp. The sheets were too short for the bed. The best part of our experience was the women who stocked the breakfast buffet.
