“There are two Kakwele Lodges. The one we stayed at was further from the airport in a back street of Lusaka, about a 20 minute drive. We were charged $15 for each of the 4 journeys to and from the airport, which I considered to be excessive. The room at the lodge was adequate, but a little cramped (especially the shower). The location and staff had potential, but...

“Worst hotel ever! I stayed for 15 nights! And had nothing but problems! The moment I arrived and checked in they demanded more money and told me they wouldn’t honor the price I found on this website! Apparently it was my fault that they forgot to take the promotion down! What a scam and completely unprofessional! Then they had only one key to the room and I had to leave my key with them and I’d come back and I wouldn’t have a towel, bath mat, or toilet paper in the room! Then one day I left the...
