Property is in good condition well maitained , conveniently located. Useful amenities and comfortable rooms. They only issue was i had no hot water. Front desk never answered, had to go down to lobby and the person in the night shift could not help resolve the problem. I had to shower with cold water. The follwing daybi had the same problem , no hot water. Went down to lobby and the person in the front desk quickly resolved the problem. Forgot his name but i am thankful for his help.

It's a good hotel, the breakfast is good, there are banks, minimarket, restaurants nearby in 15 minutes walk. The surrounding is safe. The Expo Center is 15 minutes on foot. The staff is very helpful. I will stay here if I visit Chihuahua next time.
