No me camión de habitación cuando lo solicité porque no había presión en el agua, solicité tres veces que arreglen la presión en el agua para la regadera, lo cual no se hizo, también pedí que me arreglen el teléfono en la habitación del cual no se hizo y cuando pide servicio a la habitación, te cobran la propina y ya obligatoria

The hotel is a nice area that is within walking distance to mall. Staff was kind and friendly. This hotel offers a great view, but we couldn’t help to notice that our room wasn’t up to our standards for cleanliness. Overall we rate this a four out of five.

My booking supposedly included breakfast. Upon arriving at the property, the first thing they mentioned was that it was for an extra charge. That benefit comes from being a OneKey member. They gave me a room on the first floor, next to the very crowded -and loud - pool. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a room change.

I will never come back!!! To save gas. I needed to tolerate do no have hot water… the staff told be it was because the manager wanted savings…when they had the hotel full. I needed to change the room due to my family and the ladies at reception (terribles and rude) never listened to me. One night; a violent person hit our door. I called to reception and nobody showed up….. there are several options in Chihuahua you can pick. I will never come back.

Cada vez están peor ! El Hotel de entrada no te ofrece nada ! No hay ni siquiera un microondas para calentar comida , no tenían las dos habitaciones que renté ni refrigerador , todo te quieren cobrar aparte como si la estancia te la regalaran si está bien caro el hotel y encima no te dan nada ! Creo que es mi última estancia en los Fiesta INN

Reservas en línea por medio de la aplicación te da el itinerario del hospedaje cuando llegas al hotel te dicen que este y otro servicio no incluyen cuando por medio de la aplicación si dice que lo incluye..les muestras los servicios al recepsionista y empieza a q mandarlo para aclaración por correo etc etc llegas cansado lo q quieres es ya descansar más actualización aplicación y hotel
