Honestly, we stayed in Chicopee simply because all of the hotels close to Smith College were full. We didn't get to explore Chicopee at all. It certainly seems nice, especially bedecked in fall foliage.

This motel experience does not relate the the town overall. The town itself seems nice, just this hotel was right off the highway, poorly kept grounds
