The hotel and staff were great but our trip was ruined by the fact that the striking security workers blockaded all entrances to the property and we waited out on the road for over 50 minutes the first night we arrived. The second night we parked across the street at a mall and walked about 15 minutes across a high traffic area to get back into the hotel. We went back for the car at 11pm when the strikers went home.
The hotel and property in general are excellent but we had no communication regarding the strike or the on-site road construction the following Monday. More communication about these disruptions would have gone a long way.

Floor was slime in the showers the first night and alot od dust was inside the reusable water bottle.

The room was very clean and newly renovated. Family friendly setup with fast responding staff. Area is close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
