Very nice hotel. Superb breakfast. The rooms are simple, nicely appointed. A/C is cold, and must-have here. At night, there is a bar/restaurant outside with very nice live music. My room faced the garden, and I could not hear a thing, but I am not sure about the rooms facing the street. All in all, great value for money, and - it is dog friendly! There is a resident dog: a beautiful and friendly black labrador.

The place was very cute and cosy. It was well situated (on a Main Street but no issues for parking). The staff was very helpful and quite to follow up on things. Breakfast was cancelled due to renovations but they reimbursed us the price of Breakfast.

We booked this hotel to get away from Hurricane Beryl. Check in was a little cumbersome. Upon arrival, the hotel was bracing for the storm and amenities were limited. Completely understandable. Our first night was fine. The eye of the storm passed over the hotel the next morning and there was a power outage at 9am and did not return. Staff brought fruit and a sandwich to each room, which was nice. We decided to not stay for the second reserved night. Room was non-refundable, which was fine. However, they asked for $300.00 pesos per night for a pet deposit but were not able to refund the pet deposit for the unused night. It was a reasonable request but not honored. Again, not a big deal but I don't think there was really anyone in charge present when we checked out. Felt very secure as the hurricane blew over the top of us. Great layout to escape a storm.

An okay budget choice. Felt too budget for us. Hot water is turned off in the day until 7pm (not great for getting ready) and the in room coffee machine came with one cup and one coffee pod between two people for a two night stay. This hotel counts the pennies in their service offer

El hotel súper limpio y bonito, me gustó que respetaron la habitación que pedí a pesar de que tenía un descuento de cliente de Expedia (en otro hotel no me lo respetaron). El personal súper amable, la piscina de tamaño adecuado y tiene restaurante para desayunos, el bar del Rooftop no estaba activado, tal vez porque no era temporada, pero sería genial que lo activaran. Todo súper bien.

Mi reserva fue por habitación con balcón, no me la dieron, en recepción dijeron que no les aparece de esa manera la reserva, entonces el problema es Expedia. Camas con ácaros o algún tipo de insectos, casi no pude dormir, es evidente que no cambian las sábanas regularmente. Áreas de acceso a las habitaciones con vegetación excesiva, no puedes caminar bien sin que te golpeen numerosas ramas y caminar sobre grava con maletas no es opción. Estacionamiento en desnivel muy pronunciado, árbol grande arroja mucha basura, peligroso en días de mucho viento, pueden caer ramas grandes sobre los vehículos, falta acondicionamiento y mantenimiento al estacionamiento en general.
