Adrian at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly! He got us a guide for Chichen Itza the evening before spring equinox, and arranged an early breakfast on our departure day. The grounds are really lovely, next time we will book a bird watching guide!

Great place to stay very close to Chichen Itza. The property is beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of outdoor seating and a large pool. The cottage-style buildings are adorable and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Service staff were excellent, and the spa experience was exceptional. I’d love to stay here again.

Beautiful oasis of calm!

The grounds of the hotel are really beautiful with abundant bird life. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The food was excellent as was the service. The location very close to Chichen Itza was perfect.

The Hacienda has a beautiful property. Staff was incredible and the restaurant excellent. The room was somewhat dated, but the AC worked very well, it was clean and roomy. We loved the huge pool surrounded by palm trees. It was a short ride to the archeological site, and the hacienda was a welcome retreat on a hot day. We had a very positive experience at the Hacienda.

Fabulous setting in the jungle , a beautiful sanctuary. The food was fresh and flavoursome. The pool was a perfect size and temperature for an afternoon swim in the rain. The turtles were cute and hungry. The manager was exceptionally knowledgeable and his English was clear and concise. A pleasure to have a discussion with. We booked the 90 minute spa session and were disappointed. The treatment price was top dollar anywhere in the world, and the service did not even come close to value for money. A few strokes and some body product painted on covered with leaves. The girls were chatting and giggling for at least 10 minutes of the treatment. We lost our vibe due to the distraction. We would stay again however do not recommend the spa until the owner invests in training. One other thing, we think the water in the room should not be charged for.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Ideal place for relaxation, great food. The only thing should be improved is the air conditioner. My two units had the same issue, no one could sleep. The rest was perfect.
