Great hotel!

Lovely place to stay, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was really good and not too expensive. The breakfast that is included is great (choice of any of their options, no restrictions). Location perfect right by the pretty tourist street and a short walk to the centre.

Great hotel ideally located. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious restaurant/ breakfast. Room not fully soundproof and lack of natural light.

Nice, small hotel. Great location! Staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful. We asked if we could get breakfast 5 minutes early since we had an early tour the next day and they told us they would have breakfast for us at 6am. When we went to see about breakfast at that time, they said that was not going to happen and that there was no record of that. If it wasn’t going to be possible, not a big deal, we would’ve tried to figure out something the night before. But the misinformation and lack of organization was disappointing.

Nice base for TULUM 10 mins to downtown.

Beautiful tranquil hotel set 10 minute walk from downtown TULUM on the main road. Parking outside although not many spaces we didn’t struggle to park. Hotel reception felt relaxed and bohemian with swings and hammocks leading to the pool and surrounding gardens. Room was downstairs with a patio and hot tub (which we didn’t need). Secluded space but a little shady and seats were made of concrete, I would opt for an upstairs room with patio next time. Pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds although the pool area didn’t seem to get much sun and the sunbeds were therefore damp in the morning and not very inviting. There is an on-site restaurant which looked nice but we didn’t eat. They offer breakfast but check it’s open as it was closed the day we stayed. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable with a working safe and plenty of storage. The hotel felt safe.

Great stay at Colonte Hotel

Our stay at Colonte Hotel was amazing. It felt like a little hub in the middle of Valladolid. The staff was so friendly (lovely Fernando attended to our breakfast orders every morning), the food was great (best guacamole I’ve ever tasted), and we felt very safe. The pool is a little bit small, but it fits the size of the hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Not bad not good either.

Very small property, not much to offer. Don’t let you fool by the photos, pool is basically a jacuzzi, the breakfast is very limited (all meat and poultry is charged extra. The room has the most basic things plus a hammock which is nice but not very useful since it blocks the bathroom door.

The place is great, as I've indicated, and a true respite in the middle of Valladolid. But once again, for me it's the people that make all the difference. They're genuinely interested and want to make your stay the best it can be and not--like in the US--with their palm out moments after the fact.
