She give bevarage complement ticket, up grade our room ground level because my wife has a mobility limited condition, Hotel very clean in and out. quiet we relax during stay. Really well located and close to the bus station! Felt very safe around the neighbourhood as well. The room was clean but a bit dated and for the price (in comparison to other places in Valladolid), I did expect a little more to the quality. The pool was very lovely and the staff were friendly!

Location is great with easy walking to everything. Staff were wonderful. Our Junior Terrance room was meh. Everything in Valladolid is so colorful but our room was gray and devoid of any art. The terrace is a weird jail cell with plants. The hammock in the room was strung too tightly and uncomfortable. I would have rather used the hammocks and daybeds by the pools. All other amenities are thoughtfully done though. I suggest not bothering with the junior terrace rooms.
