El lugar es cómodo y el restaurante tiene platillos buenos. El personal es amable. El desayuno gratuito es bastante completo. Sin embargo no tiene canales por cable aunque la información diga que si y si considero es necesario para distraerte al llegar a descansar o para pasar el día. La piscina estaba descuidada. No está a 10 minutos a pie, está mas lejos si es necesario tener carro porque está alejado del centro.

Situation géographique un peu déroutante au début, hotel un peu à l'extérieur de la ville - dans une ferme parmi le chant des coqs, dés dindons...par contre l'hôtel est bien aménagé. On peut aller facilement en ville pour voir le marché, le cenote ! Très grand bravo au personnel, nous avons eu des difficultés de compréhension entre anglais et espagnol mais tout le monde a retravaillé les explications et tout était top. Nous avons passé 2 nuits différentes mais une magnifique expérience. Nous retournerons.

La habitación me encantó. Solo que no había sobrecama o colcha, solo la sábana que trae la cama y baje a recepción para que proporcionarán para mí. El restaurante muy limpio. Y le pedí salir a las 12:30 porque tenía una reunión por zoom, pero no quiso la recepcionista, que estaban llenos y que no podía.

Wir waren eine Nacht da und es war perfekt! Süße Anlage. Denkt man gar nicht wenn man noch auf der Straße ist. Man kann das Auto direkt im Hof vor der Tür parken. Das Frühstück war super!

Te roban dentro de las habitaciones sus empleados

Con una muy mala experiencia Le robaron dinero en la habitación de mi hija y mi yerno, el dueño del hotel al enterarse prefirió darle el día libre a la camarista quien fue la persona que robó el dinero. Dijeron que sin pruebas en video no harían nada, y que todo lo que te roben dentro de las habitaciones y áreas comunes deberán presentar videos para que te crean. En la noche apagan absolutamente todas las luces del patio por lo tanto si quieres ir a tu coche tendrás que comprar una linterna, se permiten fiestas a altas horas de la madrugada, la alberca está a dos metros de todas las habitaciones créanmelo no dormirán. Si quieren cuidar su integridad nunca vayan a este hotel.
