We had an overnight flight to Cancun got a car and drove straight to Valladolid and to the hotel. We were way to early to check in, but they let us park the car there so we could walk to the bank to get money and food. A word for the wise, get your pesos before going to Valladolid as the hotel only takes cash and getting money out of the bank may not be easy. Casa Rosario is in a convenient location with restaurants and store a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet.

Well kept property and comfortable rooms only a short walking distance to the square. Only downside is that the hotel didn't take credit cards

Good place to stay if you'll be out all day

It was a good place to stay at for the night with the basic accommodations needed given that we were out all day and just needed a place to sleep. Bed's were comfortable and overall it was a good experience

Good location, safe parking, staff very helpful! The room was clean, very close to the reception and the street, so quite noisy. The hotel has a good location, close to the city center.

Great spot in Valladolid

We had a great stay here on our trip. Close to the bus station (only a 5 minute walk). The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us some guidance on the best cenotes to visit (plus taco recommendations). The free tea, coffee and drinking water was also a nice touch. The room was a good size with a very comfy bed, with aircon working well. Only comment was the shower didn't have the hottest water. Would recommend!

What a great little hotel. Only 2 blocks from the bus station and super close to Centro, everything you need is conveniently located. The hotel is spotlessly clean and I knew it was gonna be a great stay when I was greeted with a full size bar of soap and wash cloths when I went into the spotlessly clean bathroom. The only thing that was a little iffy was the Wi-Fi but it really wasn't much of an issue since I was out of the room exploring the fantastic city of Valladolid. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel tranquilo y trato amable.

Mu cerca del centro, se puede ir caminando. Horwl pequeño y tranquilo, austero pero tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Ropa de cama y toallas muy buenas y limpias. Si regreso a Valladolid, me volvería a hospedar aquí. El personal muy atento a tus necesidades.

7/10- Nice short stay in Valladolid

We stay in Casa Rosario for 2 nights in order to visit the ruins and the Cenotes in the area, overall rate: 7/10. Pros: close to bus station, place is very clean and the customer service is excellent. Cons: the whole building is pretty noisy, common area such us pool, garden and balcony are very small.

Nice stay, friendly owners, modern rooms

The stay was nice, good location to explore the city. We had street noise in our room, this was not so comfortable. But staff was nice, they also offered us free secure parking. The room was modern and very clean. Spacious and modern bathroom. The owners were very friendly although they didn't speak english. There was a kitchen with a fridge to store food.

This was a good hotel for the price. Staff .is outstanding! A nice touch - there was a room with a refrigerator which one could use, also coffee and toast available in the am at no charge. Safe, enclosed parking, good Wifi
