Clean & comfortable rooms. Very pleasant staff! Only reason its not 5 stars is the shaking of the room when large trucks go by because the property is located next to expressways on a very busy main street.

The hotel was convenient to the interstate system as well as to everything else we wanted to do in the area. The staff was very helpful and looked up restaurants in the area for us when we arrived hungry and tired late in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful & friendly. The ladies were very attentive & clean. My room was very clean & well accommodating. My only complaint is my pillows were pancakes. Great stay would visit again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Although I stayed for only one night, there were plenty of amenities (e.g. a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a modern stovetop) that should have been very useful for multiday stays. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

Unprofessional staff!!!

Definitely not a pleasant stay!!! The room was good and what it offered was fine. Lack of communication by GM to staff to guests absolutely horrible. Based on this experience over hardly anything and no real explanation Woodspring Suites is off my list permanently!!!!
