My daughter and I stayed while visiting Rosalind Franklin University. We checked in around 8 pm and the lady at the desk seemed bothered by our late arrival. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, however our AC unit had to stay on constant fan in order for the room to stay cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel choices. It was good, but the pancake machine had to be refilled only an hour into service. It took awhile for someone to come and refill it. Overall our stay was great and these items aren't truly that big of a deal in the big picture.

Breakfast was good! They had pancakes which was cool! Front desk staff were very accommodating! I booked on Expedia so I had two different reservations, when the front desk attendant called the manager, they immediately said just merge the reservations together so she won’t need to check out. That really made my life a lot easier! I will DEFINITELY stay again should my daughter ever be stationed in the Chicago area.
