I loved the place overall but would be great if we didn't have to wait almost 2 hrs for the room and charged security deposit 2 times by mistake. Also it would be nice to inform customers about parking thoroughly. Staff was great, rooms awsome, stay was nice but could of been better if these small details were not missed.

​Everything about this stay was perfect—location, price, and overall experience. Being right in the heart of downtown was a huge plus for exploring the city. The rates were very fair, and all the staff members were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. ​Joining in on the hotel's events was a fun bonus that made the trip even more memorable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chicago in the future!

Location of the property was great. Walking distance or short train/uber wherever we needed to go. Front desk was very friendly. Room was ready when we arrived (90 minutes prior to official check in time) Room was very clean and well appointed. Property was quiet even in the heart of the city. The SI was actually a pretty cool place. Room was big/roomy for the reasonable price. The location, right near the river and walk to most great areas like Michigan Avenue, the Loop, etc. was very convenient...as was its easy walking distance from an El Train stop that takes your right from O'Hare for only the fraction of the cost of an Uber. Staff was great, enthusiastic, and very accommodating. And the rooftop bar, overlooking the magnificent Jeweler's Building and Trump Tower was fantastic. Assuming I was not just getting the introductory rate (they are trying to build clientele after just being bought from Virgin, it was perhaps the best bang for the buck of any Chicago downtown hotel I have stayed in in all my travels. Great for singletons or couples. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again. (I didn't give it 5 stars only because it had no office if you need to print or the like. But you can't have everything. Plus it was a tad musty, just barely, but I could have also just been sensitive to their particular cleaning products...it WAS very clean.)
