The Viceroy staff is beyond friendly and courteous. David’s customer service in particular stands out. It’s conveniently located to everything & just a few blocks from Oak St Beach. I enjoyed morning walks along Lake Michigan.

Viceroy is a true five star experience in a tight package. They have certainly figured out how to deliver a warm and luxurious stay while continuing to feel boutique and accessible. Small moments like a kind welcome letter, lobby Easter egg hunt, and friendly service made for a tremendous stay I’d recommend to anyone. The neighborhood is nice, polished, and can be potentially quiet. However, in a short walk, you can find yourself in the mix of Chicago’s top attractions. Overall, this property was terrific and I would love to discover the others now.

Amazing rooms, location, and stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, making check-in super easy and offering plenty of suggestions for things to do in the city. Our room was BEAUTIFUL, the bed was so plush and cozy. My favorite part was the bathroom which featured a deep bathtub, standing shower, and heated floors. Such a nice touch! The hotel was in a great location with plenty of dining and shopping options in walking distance and a restaurant on location in case the weather is bad. This place was amazing and I definitely would return or recommend to others.

Valet even though it’s $100 very convenient to park your car and walk to Michigan Ave, good food selection, nice lake and skyscraper view, cons : tub was moldy and dirty shut off valves broken and when we forgot our ipad in the room after checkout and tracked it to the hotel it was shortly disabled to locate it furthermore, was surprised this happened, I called about 5x between front desk and security with no call backs just what seems like a stolen iPad very disappointed

Viceroy Hotel was a beautiful boutique stylebhotel. The staff at check-in was AMAZING!! The hotel ambiance was a 10! Room with city/lake view was beautiful day or night. I will definitely put this in my hotel top 5 category and will visit again soon.
