I love this hotel. I was immediately upgraded to a Lakeview room and they recognized me as a return guest. The rooms are large and well thought out and as a tall person everything is tall. The tv, armoire w beverage center and large soaking tub. The bed is like sleeping on air and the temperature is perfect there are only a few rooms on each floor so it is quiet and no wait for elevator

This previous stay with viceroy Chicago was truly amazing. There were a few hiccups at checking in for me and my son but Harrison came in and gave us the experience of a lifetime. We had an incredible stay here. The room was very nice as we stayed in a junior suite so the extra charge was definitely worth it. You’re on the 17th floor and you’re able to have a good view of the city. You also are one floor away from the rooftop restaurant and bar. The decor and aesthetics in the hotel are top-notch. Definitely picture worthy. Definitely walkable and it’s less than quarter mile from the hotel to the lake. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
