The staff was friendly and helpful. Louis at the front desk was exceptional. The room was spacious and looked exactly like the photographs. This is a reimagined older hotel with interesting architectural features. The Gold Coast location is great, accessible to premium shopping, museums, restaurants, nightlife and transportation.

The room was nice and clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel but that added to the charm. I would stay there again. Only thing that would have made it better is an added laundry but it wasn't a deal breaker. Super location and the bakery downstairs had very good croissants and pastries.

The hotel was built in the 1930s, beautiful property with original touches. The location is absolutely perfect for travelers that like to walk. Near many major conveniences, Walgreens, 2 blocks away. Starbucks, malls within walking distance. Walking distance to the park and Lake Michigan. Rooms are clean and restaurant in building.

Stayed here with a group of girlfriends. You cannot beat the location and price point. We felt very safe in the area. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made us feel welcomed and cared for. Check-in and check-out had no issues. They brought us ice and extra towels when asked. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. I would stay here again, no question!
