Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We made dinner reservations at the restaurant on site, Nora, for our anniversary and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to acknowledge our day and brought us out dessert shots with candles.

I liked that there was a second parking option for only $50/day for no in and out priviledge. I loved the location to the shopping and the river walk. The check in was really convenient and they did allow early check in at no extra fee for me so that was really appreciated.

Great location but valet parking (the only parking available) was expensive and charged extra for a truck. Did not use any amenities so can’t really comment on that. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. View from room was a brick wall so wasn’t too happy about that but didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so not a deal breaker. Overall I would stay here again as it was a fair price and location was great.

Nice updated rooms, well planned out. Good storage, rooms very clean and well serviced. The staff is very friendly and eager to help when you have questions or complaints. The location is GREAT! You are a short walk from Michigan Avenue, there are restaurants and shopping all within walking distance and the area is bustling with activity. So much fun!!
