We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Collin at the front desk! We arrived well before the standard check-in time, and Collin went above and beyond to get us checked in early. After a long journey, being able to settle into our clean, comfortable room ahead of schedule was an absolute lifesaver. Beyond the amazing check-in experience, the hotel itself was wonderful with great amenities, excellent location, and top-notch hospitality all around. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town. Highly recommended!

Huge shout out to The Rose Hotel in Rosemont for making us feel so special during our wedding weekend! We arrived in our bride and groom attire and the staff cheered for us as we walked in, which was such a fun and memorable moment. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was great too. Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. The other issue we had was the hot water in the bathroom randomly stopped in the morning. The hotel staff got maintenance to fix it by the end of the day, but it was an annoyance. We understand it was a random issue, and we appreciate the staff helping us.
