The property and the room was exactly how I expected. The room has clean. Floors were spotless. Bed was super comfortable walking up to your room is disability friendly where there is a ramp if you are handicap. The lighting is a little dark for those visually impaired, but it works fine for me once I turned everything on#legallyblind to it is a great place to bring your partner a lot of opportunities for a lot of different experiences if you know what I mean.

I don’t even know where to start, I never met such incredible nice staff. We arrived there late at night (about 1am) and they made the entire process soo easy. We booked one night in the premium room which is really neat and pretty. We had a lot of fresh towels and the Jacuzzi had a perfect size, the water got hot really easy as well. The next day we were supposed to have the normal queen room but they just upgraded us to the premium one for free!!! They have easy free parking as well, you can just park in front of your room. The room was really cozy and we loved the clean mirrors, also the Shower was a steam shower which was awesome! The bed was huge and really comfortable! I‘m sad that those beautiful 4 days are already over. Thank you so much!!

The staff was great during check in and made the process quick. They were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. The amenities within the room like the whirlpool and shower/steam room made my experience great! The bed was comfortable. Overall, my whole experience at The Champagne Lounge was amazing and made my anniversary special. I will definitely be returning to the CL in the future.
