Staff was helpful however property looked ok from outside but really aged from inside, can't forget the wierd smell throughout the hallway and stairs. Breakfast wasn't really a breakfast. Would avoid for future stays.

A very well priced motel in a very expensive area. Good access to downtown Chicago via the El as the motel is only 10 minute from the station. It's not a fancy motel but it was, for the price, very nice.

The room was a decent size for three travelers. The breakfast at 8:00AM was barely there (not much left and no one to replenish. We left and ate breakfast somewhere else. The staff was pleasant enough and efficient.

The headboard was covered in dust, and the ice machine was broken. The girl at the desk was nice and check-in was easy. We wanted a cheap hotel for one night and this fit the bill perfectly. The breakfast options looked too weak to even investigate further. Parking was right outside our window, so that was nice. Would stay here again when visiting King spa.
