All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a locked closet where they’ll hold your stuff if you can’t get checked in early (I arrived many many hours before check in and they still managed to protect my belongings and get me into a room as quick as possible). I really appreciate all of the staff including house keeping they were super great!

Airport shuttle was an added bonus. They even paid for cab ride when the shuttle got late. The front desk was very helpful and professional. The only downside was that the breakfast area is small and got very chaotic on weekend mornings. Wish they used paper plates rather than styofoam plates.

Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Free shuttle to/ from the airport was convenient but had a hard time finding the shuttle station at the airport area. Pool was small, but the water was nicely temperature controlled. Free breakfast was tasty and convenient. Elevators were slow and lots of people were stuck waiting on the first floor. Laundry room was convenient and you can pay with card to use the machines, they are all on the 9th floor though. Front desk sells detergent for about $2. Overall great stay!!

The hotel’s airport shuttle service was excellent. It was easy to access, always on time, and the drivers were friendly and professional, making transportation to and from the airport very convenient. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing, as it was limited to a basic continental breakfast with few options. I did not have the opportunity to use the hotel amenities during my stay, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, the shuttle service was a standout feature and contributed positively to my experience.
